The Role:
We are looking for a skilled and innovative Email Designer to join our creative team at T&Pm. In this role, you will be responsible for designing compelling and high-performing email campaigns that reflect our clients' brand identities and deliver impactful results. You’ll work closely with copywriters, developers, and marketing strategists to craft visually engaging emails that align with campaign objectives and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop visually appealing email templates, ensuring they are responsive and optimized for various devices and email platforms.
HTML and CSS development where needed
Experience in working with marketing platforms like Salesforce Marketing cloud , Adobe Campaign
Collaborate with copywriters and marketing teams to translate brand guidelines into on-brand, engaging email designs.
Use your knowledge of email best practices (including layout, typography, imagery, and CTA placement) to drive open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Create an email best practice guide with our strategy and client teams that can be used in the NYC office to apply to multiple clients
Implement dynamic and personalized content strategies that leverage data to tailor emails to specific audience segments.
Ensure emails are designed and coded to adhere to email standards and maintain compatibility across all major email clients.
Continuously test and optimize emails for performance, conducting A/B testing on design elements such as layout, subject lines, and call-to-action buttons.
Stay up to date with the latest email design trends, tools, and innovations to maintain high standards and fresh creative output.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as an email designer, preferably within an agency environment.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).
Strong understanding of HTML and CSS, with the ability to troubleshoot and ensure seamless email rendering across platforms.
Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail, particularly regarding layout, color, and typography.
Experience in creating mobile-responsive and accessible email designs.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
A passion for creative problem-solving and an eye for what drives performance in email marketing campaigns.

The pay range for this role is $100,000-$115,000 . Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor. Salary is subject to change based on factors such as geographic location and cost of living in location of hire.
