Wondering if a career in Advertising is right for you? Come join our summer work experience placements

T&Pm is a creative and media advertising agency – we make and place ads for TV, social media, radio, outdoors and anywhere else you can think of, working with clients such as Toyota, EasyJet, Natwest, National Express, and Mars.

If you want to understand what working at an advertising agency is really like, this is an ideal way to gain valuable insight into the ad industry.

The details:

  • 2-week work experience placements paid at London Living Wage
  • Start dates are 14th July, 28th July or 11th August
  • Based in our offices in Soho, London


You will:

  • Find out what a creative and media agency does
  • Meet departments around the agency such as: creative, strategy, production, media planning and social
  • Research different brands and competitors
  • Discover how a brief from a client becomes a creative idea
  • Create slide decks, gather data and insights, and find the most effective way to present it
  • Analyse data for ads that are up and see what’s working and what’s not
  • Learn how to figure out where and when ads go up for the most impact


You must:

  • Be over 18
  • Be available to work full-time for the two week period*
  • Have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship
  • Be able to come into the office every day
