Speak Up Policy

This Speak Up Policy outlines the principles and procedures for external parties (such as our clients or suppliers) to raise concerns across all agencies within The & Partners Group Limited, including The&Partners London Limited, T&P Media Limited, Halpern Limited, Muster Agency Limited, ATN Agency Limited and MFUSE Agency Limited. As a proud member of the WPP network, we also fully adhere to and operate under WPP’s Right to Speak policy.

At T&P, we are committed to fostering a culture of integrity, respect, and transparency across all our agencies. We want everyone that we work with to feel confident in being able to do the right thing and part of this is having somewhere to raise concerns. We have a separate, internal Speak Up policy for use by our employees.

Our culture

We believe that maintaining a culture of respect and integrity is paramount. We encourage everyone associated with T&P – including our employees, business partners, clients and other stakeholders we work with – to feel confident in raising concerns about any behaviour that goes against our values, policies, or Code of Business Conduct. Your willingness to speak up helps us maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct.

What to report

We encourage you to report any concerns you may have regarding:

  • Violations of our Code of Business Conduct or company policies.
  • Unethical or illegal behavior.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or bullying.
  • Fraud, bribery, or corruption.
  • Any other conduct that undermines our values or reputation.

This list is not exhaustive.

How to raise a concern

We provide multiple channels for you to raise concerns confidently and securely:

1. Email: You can send your concerns directly to our dedicated confidential email address: incident.response@theandpartnership.com  All concerns submitted via this channel will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. You have the option to raise your concern anonymously; please clearly state this preference when submitting your report.

2. Via WPP: If you prefer an alternative or feel uncomfortable using our direct email, you can report concerns (anonymously if preferred) through our parent company WPP Plc's independent Speak Up channels:

  • Telephone: 0800 048 5874 (UK freephone)
  • Online Portal: wpp.ethicspoint.com

No retaliation

We are committed to supporting your right to speak up without fear of reprisal. T&P has a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of retaliation, harassment, or adverse action taken against individuals who report genuine concerns in good faith.

If you believe you have experienced or witnessed retaliatory behavior, please report it immediately to incident.response@theandpartnership.com  or through the WPP channels. Any individual found to be engaging in retaliatory conduct will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract.

Investigation process and feedback

All concerns raised will be thoroughly and impartially investigated. While we strive to provide updates where possible, please understand that for legal reasons, to protect privacy, or to maintain the integrity of an ongoing investigation, we may not always be able to disclose the full details or outcome of an investigation.

Where we can provide feedback, we aim to do so within five working days of the conclusion of the investigation.
