1. About T&P

This website is operated by The & Partners Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 08721455 (“T&P”, “we”, “us” and “our”).

T&P operates a group of agencies including The&Partners London Limited, T&P Media Limited, Halpern Limited, Muster Agency Limited and MFUSE Agency Limited (collectively, the “T&P Group”).

2. Acceptance of these Terms

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the content made available through it (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, you should not use the Website. Certain areas, services or features of the Website may be subject to additional terms. Where applicable, those additional terms will also apply.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to view the Website and todownload and print reasonable extracts from it solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

“T&P” and any associated names, logos and branding are trade marks of T&P, members of the T&P Group and/or ourlicensors and may not be used without our prior written permission.

You may link to the Website provided that you do so fairly and lawfully and do not damage our reputation or suggest any association with, approval by or endorsement from T&P where none exists.

  • in a way that infringes the rights of T&P or any other person;

If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in connection with these Terms or the Website in the courts of England and Wales or, where applicable, the courts of the country in which you are resident. If you are not a consumer, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the Website.

13. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as removed to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No failure or delay by us in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms will operate as a waiver of that right or remedy, nor will any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy prevent any further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.

A member of the T&P Group may enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Subject to this, no person who is not a party to these Terms has any right under that Act to enforce any term of these Terms.
